 Service Tips:
There are some routine checks you can do as preventative care that will enhance maintenance and make your fine car worth more then just book value later on. As a matter of fact now-a-days more frequent oil changes are always recommended because of synthetic oils, some manufactures are indicating changes every 10,000 miles which should not be the case.
Before getting started:

Check your owner's manual for correct specifications for your care. It's a good idea to familiarize yourself with all specifications for your car's year and model and have that information at hand always, just in case.

For example:

1) Keep fuel mileage records constantly. Not only to save on gas, but to save on fuel efficiency when your car requires a tune up, noticeable changes in mileage are a clear indication that other maintenance may also be necessary.

2) Every other month or so, check your oil, your windshield washer level, take a walk around the vehicle and inspect for any trapped dirt, or scratches.

3) A good tire pressure gauge is a must, and use it regularly, or get someone to do it for you. Refer to your owners manual for proper inflation first and check your tires seasonably. Three or four times a year is good and before any long trip is also recommended.
